This beggar has devised a means to make himself stand-out among other competitors in the begging profession.

A very smart and intelligent beggar has devised a means of making more money.

This, he did by inscribing on a notice board he carries around which asks: “Which Religion Cares The Most about the  Homeless?”.
 He then lists some religions and beliefs on pieces of paper with small plates by each of them thereby challenging passers-by to drop money in support of their beliefts.

This action indirectly enriches his pocket.
