An
unnamed Saudi Arabian woman has parted ways with her husband on the
account of his very brief stature which she feels is an embarrassment to
her.

The woman, in her 20s, claimed that she could no longer withstand
the mockery and shocked looks of her friends because her husband was too
short for her.
In legal documents, she added that the shocking attitudes by
strangers who often remarked how she was towering over her husband
during their brief seven month union had made her feel 'painfully
uneasy' and 'distressingly uncomfortable.' The case was described as
peculiar by the endowment department in Al Qatif in Saudi Arabia's
eastern province, according to Gulf News.
The couple involved have not been named.
