Rihanna was at the stadium tonight to watch the 2014 World Cup final. And guess what she did to celebrate Germany winning the World Cup? Chiq lifted her top to show the world her bra! The pop queen also drew plenty of attention during the match for having a Brazilian flag painted on her neck.
