A
drunken police officer with the Mopol Unit 20 identified as Tafa
Mohammed was caught on camera brutalizing a food vendor and her customer
after he was declined fish for him to finish his beer. According to
Saharareporters, Mohammed who was reeking of alcohol grabbed the
female customer who was buying food from the food vendor at the time he
got there, and threw her into muddy water.
In
the video, Mohammed is seen drawing a rifle and pointing it at one of
the women.The torture reportedly caused internal injuries for the
victim. A crowd of bystanders, and pedestrians can be heard shouting
their displeasure at both officers.
The
assault on the two women took place at Lewis Street, Lafiaji, Obalende
